Who are the dough boyz?

     We are a mobile wood fired pizza truck based in Charleston, SC run by Chef Evan Vincent Romano.  This past year our dream became a reality as we unveiled our mobile pizza kitchen at the 2017 Charleston Wine and Food Festival!

     Chef Romano was classically trained in French and Italian cooking, having attended the French Culinary Institute in New York City as well as ALMA, school of cooking in Colorno, Italy.  Pizza is our forte although we are available for catering in any capacity whether it be a coursed out dinner, small bites or a large party. The Dough Boyz are ready and willing to apply our culinary and hospitality expertise to assure your next event is a successful and delicious one! Buon Appetito!
