Using the best possible ingredients we can source, our mission is to make crispy, crunchy, delicious pizza in the style we grew up with. Using Caputo flour from napoli for our dough and san marzano tomatoes for our sauce give us the building blocks for a truly great pizza. The leg up we have on other pies aside from ingredients and technique is certainly our Pavesi imported italian pizza oven. The one piece stone floor is essential in providing a consistently cooked crispy crust that is second to none.
